Knowledge-Supporting Culture and Its Role in Improving Faculty Skills during Digital Learning to Confront the Corona Pandemic Analytical Study of the Views of a Sample of Iraqi University Professors

Digital education is considered one of the important strategies at the present time due to the development in the field of education and communication, which facilitated the transition of the educational process easily and smoothly for students, and this study aimed to identify the role that culture supportive of knowledge can play and its role in improving the skills of teachers in education The study relied on the descriptive inferential approach through an analytical study of the views of a sample of Iraqi university professors, and the importance of the study was embodied in improving the skills of teachers for its components and dimensions in how to improve skills in light of digital education to confront the Corona pandemic that the world, society and students are facing, and the study sample was formed. Of (125) individuals, the statistical analysis was performed depending on the statistical package program, the SPSS program. Partial Least Squares Modeling (PLS-SEM) was also used through the SmartPLS program. The analysis was carried out for the two variables of the study, namely ((Culture supporting knowledge in its dimensions and improving skills in light of digital education in its dimensions, while the most important conclusion is ((improving the skills of teachers in light of digital education) a positive case required that contributes to creating a culture that supports knowledge, which indicates the promotion of a culture of knowledge support as well as It will contribute to the development of the education sector in Iraq in general)), and the most important recommendations are ((directing faculty members to rely on digital education strategies in the universities of the study sample, to reduce the negative effects necessary for the digital educational process)).
