In this research, the researcher decided to explore different areas for developing these solutions, including the role of training centers in undergoing digital transformation to increase their ability to provide digital skills through online mechanisms, as well as the role of government institutions in cooperating with each other in order to reduce the unemployment rate resulting from the Corona pandemic and the use of that to serve e-learning, in addition to the role of technology companies and businessmen from the local community in presenting their offers in order to help those who live in remote areas and do not have access to communication and devices.
