Abstract
The last two decades witnessed a wide interest in many Arab universities to publish in the global Journals, whether in the field of humanities or pure sciences. in legal sciences.In our research, we will shed light on one of the conditions for scientific research to be published in those global Journals, which is the lack of Contribution to Knowledge, as this obstacle is considered the most important in the non-acceptance of Arab legal researches in global containers.Therefore, we will discuss in the first topic the concept of Contribution to Knowledge, then we will discuss in the second topic the challenges of Contribution to Knowledge in the legal sciences, and we will discuss in the third topic the extent to which the Contribution to Knowledge is condition to publishing within the higher education system in Iraq.
