Abstract
The philosopher Habermas is considered one of the most important contemporary sociologists. He devoted many of his ideas to the analysis of social reality. He viewed modernity as an unfinished project. The alternative to modernity is the communicative mind. He presented his theory of communicative action, through which he sought to establish communicative ethics that call for dialogue in a space that allows equality. between the negotiating parties, and he applied his theory to many life facilities, and we try in this research, through our use of the applied approach, to link the theory of communicative action to the reform of universities based on the concepts that frame this theory.
