Abstract

The research God's book is the goal of the Muslim, for it is the guidance of the first and the last, the research is summarized in Explanation of the provisions of Islamic legislation in the previous textures, which were made clear in the speech of the Prophet Shuaib to the Prophet Moses. and these criteria emerge starting with the approval of each of the guardian, who is Shuaib, his daughter and Moses, Then he moves to the value of the dowry, which is a dowry for the woman, and in light of all these criteria mentioned for marriage, such as the approval of the guardian to the consent of the girl and the acceptance of the marriage proposal from Moses.
The aim of the research is to obtain all the criteria and prepare Moses for the atmosphere that enables him to perform the mission in the future, and from this we conclude that the criteria for marriage are determined by the multiplicity of needs of both men and women equally, and that the Prophet Shuaib, would not marry his daughter to a stranger except after inquiring and verifying his conditions by collecting All the data to come out with results that would enable him to expose and betroth Moses to one of his daughters and under all circumstances he did not leave the wage that would be a dowry for his daughter with the testimony of God Almighty on this marriage contract.
