Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the Shari'ah judgment of learning musical acoustics when reciting the Quran, Which is repeatedly discussed these times between a supporter and The acceleration of time and the development of science and technology have a major impact on the reality of life, as they have the greatest impact on the legal provisions that stand to infer them from the people of her who are scholars of Islamic Sharia glue, The Mufti is responsible for explaining the legal ruling on all new incidents and calamities for people in a manner that is appropriate to their reality in accordance with the purposes of Islamic Sharia.And the fatwa was in the past based on the Mufti’s going to the Mufti to ask him about the legal ruling, but today with technological and technical development, the fatwa has become more widespread and widespread.There are many ways of spreading the fatwa, including the audio-visual and the final, which are reliable in our time and its wide spread through various satellite channels.As a result of this development and progress, it has become imperative to control the fatwas through various media outlets in order to narrow the circle of disagreement between scholars and eradicate abnormal fatwas, which are led by those who are not their own.So, this research put in it in the hands of the reader these controls and talk about it the importance of the fatwa and the risk of advisory opinion because of its great impact on the individual and society, and one fatwa may solve thorny issues and one fatwa may occur sedition and great strand.It's also talked about the pros and cons of fatwas through various media outlets.And I ask God Almighty to grant me success in what is good for this nation. What was right is from God and what was in it is wrong, so who is myself.
