Abstract
The current research aims to identify the internal harmony among educational counselors, as well as to understand the significance of differences in internal harmony based on the gender variable (males and females). To achieve the goals of the current research, the researcher adopted a scale (Al-Rubaie 2022) to measure internal harmony according to Motkov theory (Motkov 2013-2020). The scale consists of 15 items. The scale was administered to a sample of 400 school counselors (both males and females), who were selected randomly from the five directorates in the provinces of Baghdad, Karbala, Babel, Diyala, and Thi Qar for the academic year 2022/2023. The results showed the following:
Educational counselors in the five provinces exhibit internal harmony.
There are statistically significant differences in internal harmony based on the gender variable (males and females) in favor of males.
