Abstract

The subject of regional and international powers in the management of the Iranian nuclear file, which are considered major or secondary parties, is not only their relations with Iran or the difference in their interests, but the different perceptions of managing issues of peace and international security, and the need to prevent Iran from continuing its nuclear activities, including uranium enrichment operations, and ensuring the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, this research focuses on international positions ((Turkey, Russia and the United States of America)) and their challenges. And their positive and negative repercussions, the extent of the impact of these positions on the future of the Iranian nuclear file, and the nature of the interactions of the internal, regional, and international situations of the region, as well as the analysis and results of these positions with Iran, and finally the research refers to a set of conclusions about international positions towards Iran.
It also dealt with the framework of crisis management between a number of basic methods and methods that are relied upon, and these methods (the compromise method, and the persuasive method, in addition to that, the Iranian nuclear file dominated the relations between Iran and Western countries, perhaps the United States of America and its allies were seeking to repeat the Iraqi scene that ended with the occupation of Iraq in 2003.
