Abstract
The public service plays an important role in building the modern state, and the administration does not only seek to perform some tasks – managing its public facilities, but rather goes beyond it to achieve a greater goal, which is achieving the public benefit.
To achieve this goal, the efficiency of the administrative apparatus is required. Therefore, job laws were given when selecting applicants for public office in order to ensure the continuity and regularity of the provision of public services and the good management of public facilities on a regular basis. Therefore, employees with competencies and experience are selected in order to make the best use of them to protect the public interest.
