Abstract

The present study is significant in that it attempts to give teenage children in general, and students of fine arts in particular, the attention they deserve, just like their peers, in order to help them adapt psychologically and socially with contemporary society, as well as changing the prevailing negative trend in society (according to studies) towards excluding individuals of different political, cultural, class, religious orientations, etc. The problem statement of current study is summarized in the following research questions: What is the level of moral exclusion among students of fine arts? Are there statistically significant differences between male and female students regarding this phenomenon? With reference to problem statement and its significance, the researcher developed the objectives of this study, which are to identify the level of moral exclusion among students of fine arts, as well as the significance of gender differences regarding moral exclusion (male and female). The participants of this study were 248 male and female students representing the total number of students of the fine arts for (boys and girls) who were chosen using the purposive approach (the population of this study is the sample participants). To meet the research objectives, the researcher created a tool to measure them, taking into consideration all necessary procedures while developing tests and measurements. The researcher also confirmed the availability of the psychometric properties of the research, such as honesty, stability, and discrimination, and as a result, the final form of the scale included (28) items. The findings of this study include the following: There is no moral exclusion among the sample of the participants, and there are no statistically significant differences between male and female students, and as a result, the researcher came to a number of findings, recommendations and suggestions incorporated into his research paper.
