Abstract

Community security is a basic need for all human societies and an indicator of stability, prosperity and progress, and a major factor in protecting its achievements and the way for its advancement. The basis of security is the individuals, it is from them and to them, so it is necessary to take care of individuals and spread social justice among them in terms of rights and duties in order to guarantee their loyalty and belonging to society, and that the absence of social justice and unequal opportunities will contribute to societal instability, so social justice is a socio-economic system that aims to eliminate disparities The economy is among the classes of the same society, as it works to provide fair treatment and to provide participatory shares of the community’s goods for all through redistribution of income and equal opportunities. It leads to the lack of community security.
The most important conclusions can be clarified: 1. Social justice refers to the fair and balanced distribution of resources and opportunities in society. 2. Community security: It is the cornerstone on which progress is based and development and development depend on it in order to achieve the common collective goals of society. 3. Social justice achieves societal security and reassurance within society and among its members and families.4. The individual's sense of belonging or its weakness, whether belonging to the family or society, is one of the important obstacles that hinder young people from participating in the development process, because in this case they are not interested in another process or processes aimed at developing and developing society. 5. The feeling of belonging achieves the individual’s compliance with the values and rules of the group in order to gain the respect and appreciation of the group, which contributes to the individual’s integration and integration with the social environment in which he lives, all of this in order to achieve and strengthen societal security.
