Abstract

This study will adopt what was stated in the axis of humanistic studies, and include a proposal for linguistic decline in the Arabic lesson. It is an invention in which a set of applied solutions were developed to develop the recipient’s abilities for the language through rhetoric. The title of the study was: ((Arabic rhetoric is a treatment for grammatical decline - an applied study)) .
In this study, we attempt to deepen our consideration of the problem of the apparent decline in acceptance of grammatical rules, and the weak interaction with them by the Arab recipient, and we will adopt it in finding appropriate solutions. To stop this radically accelerating decline away from solutions that do not leave research and books, and cannot withstand the enormous challenges at the economic, social, cultural, and even political levels, the research plan will be divided into two sections:
*- The first section: examining the reasons for the decline from the point of view of:
- the teacher .
- The learner.
*- The second section: Researching solutions in the long term: This section will be responsible for analyzing the results of the questionnaire in the first section and proposing scientific solutions in the short and long dimensions.
- The short one.
- the long .
The research will depend on practical application more than theory through data and polls at the private level (student + professor) and public level (everyone who speaks Arabic), in addition to previous studies on this subject. The researcher will invest in ancient Arabic sayings that recommended the importance of eloquence in reception and creativity, but they suffer. Since interest has diminished, Arabic rhetoric has begun to suffer and struggle for survival, existing in a narrow breathing passage that Al-Sakaki placed hundreds of years ago when he divided it into the statement, the novel, and the meanings, despite the spaces of linguistic knowledge that were opened to it by the Swiss scholar Saussure. Then we will conclude our study. This is a set of results and recommendations.
We hope that God Almighty will guide us to what is best and righteous for this language, which has the honor of carrying the greatest human message. He is the Granter of grace and success.
