Abstract

Islam gave women great attention and looked at them with a view of honor and pride. In Islam, women are partners with men in shouldering the responsibilities of life. God has entrusted them with men to carry out the task of succession in the land, and to raise children and raise them together, and make them on the same level with men in honor and reverence. The Islamic law took into account the differences between males and females, and based on these physical and psychological differences, Islam set the frameworks that govern the relationship between them and defined the rights and duties of each towards the other.
Islam set limits and set a method for dealing with women, raising their status. Rather, it equalized between them and men in most of the rulings. She is commanded like him with faith and obedience, and is equal to him in the reward of the Hereafter, and she has the right to express herself, she advises and commands what is right and forbids what is wrong and calls to God, and she has the right to own property, and so on, which the non-Muslim woman was deprived of, except that there are some clerics who are strict in interpreting Some of the Qur’anic texts in accordance with customs and traditions, and subjecting some legal rulings related to women to personal tastes, thus depriving women of the rights granted to them by Islam, in the name of religion, and this made them feel injustice and injustice. At times, these distortions and misconceptions, and even weak hadiths about how women should be treated by Sharia, were exploited to stir up public opinion and human rights and women’s rights associations to push the idea that Islam is hostile to women. The Western world, who took advantage of her ignorance of her religion on the one hand, and her failure to obtain her full rights as Islam granted her, and her suffering from the marginal view of her on the other hand, In addition to the existence of groups in society influenced by Western thought and Western life that would like Muslim women to follow the example of Western women, and renounce everything that is religious and Islamic, so the enemies of Islam took advantage of all these changes and penetrated us through them, using the advocates of what is called the liberation of women in carrying out everything they plan for. It has also received a great deal of attention from many organizations and associations (governmental and non-governmental), which raise the banner of freedom, equality and human rights.
