Abstract

The importance of the study lies in trying to know the role of the local community with its organizations and their positive impact in reforming children, families, and victims of ISIS, empowering them, social rehabilitation, building community peace, achieving their integration, and knowing the obstacles they face and how to overcome them.  Knowing the most important  obstacles that prevent ISIS victims from participating in   rehabilitation and their social, psychological, and economic reintegration. Knowing the most important future   consequences for the victims of  daesh  in Iraq. Knowing the nature of the role that state institutions and politicians play in managing the post-ISIS crisis and empowering ISIS families are among the most important challenges that  Iraq faces the shadow of ISIS child victims in light of societal crises, poverty, unemployment, and the lack of follow-up and coordination between the authorities concerned with rehabilitation and local community integration in light of the absence of effective development policies that help them overcome the problems and difficulties that hinder the normal growth of society and their rehabilitation in line with international standards and an attempt to preserve  On segments of society, they can be used to improve society, progress, and progress towards the better, but without reintegrating children, families, and ISIS victims affected by the conditions of successive conflicts, to restore their shattered dreams, enhance their sense of belonging to the homeland, and enhance their opportunities for social and economic integration in areas affected by terrorist operations, to achieve recovery and rebuild cohesion and solidarity.
