Abstract
The importance of the study lies in trying to know the role of the local community with its organizations and their positive impact in reforming children, families, and victims of ISIS, empowering them, social rehabilitation, building community peace, achieving their integration, and knowing the obstacles they face and how to overcome them. Knowing the most important obstacles that prevent ISIS victims from participating in rehabilitation and their social, psychological, and economic reintegration.
