Abstract
The aim of the current study to Identify the level of cyber-bullying and social phobia among the students of the University of Kirkuk, Faculty of Education, Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, and to know the differences in the use of cyber-bullying and the level of their social phobia, according to the variables of gender and stage, and the relationship between the level of cyber-bullying and social phobia. The researcher used the analytical descriptive research method. The research sample consisted of (100) male and female students, who were chosen according to the variables (gender - stage). The results showed that there is a direct correlation relationship (positive and statistical function) between the total score of the two scales, and there are no differences according to the variables ( gender and stage) for the two scales.
