Abstract
Despite what some legal jurisprudence imagines about the negative relationship
between the appeal in favor of the law before the Iraqi administrative courts and the principle of judicial security; Considering that this appeal, according to the Iraqi legislator, threatens the legal positions of the litigants during the five years following the decisions of the judicial rulings, however, on the other hand, the appeal in the interest of the law before the administrative judiciary in Iraqi courts plays a strengthening role for the principle of judicial security by strengthening some of the pillars of judicial security, such as the basis of the justice of judicial trials. The basis of the quality of judicial rulings and the basis of the multiplicity of degrees of litigation, and this is what draws the positive relationship between this appeal and the principle of judicial security.
