Abstract

Countries seek to achieve the highest levels of well-being for their societies through various policies and different aspects, and with all this development taking place in all political, economic, cultural and urban aspects, industrial development has increased with it, which led to pollution of the universe, so the countries of the world have set goals for sustainable development and these are 17 goals under the title of the comprehensive development plan of 2015 to 2030 . It hopes to contribute to reducing land damage and ensuring sustainability for future generations, and among those goals is No. 8 decent work and economic growth, which seeks to achieve work commensurate with the ability and skill of the person, reduce unemployment, prevent child labor and empower women for decent work, and Iraq is one of these countries that sought this and started steps There are several tools to provide job opportunities with the presence of political, economic and cultural obstacles, but this does not prevent the presence of elements, if they were employed correctly, Iraq would reach advanced levels of achieving this goal, which is what we are trying to find out through research
