Abstract
Given the great development witnessed by the rules of international treaty law, international treaties and other international treaty rules that take their place have become the most important means of organizing cooperation and communication between members of the international community in all fields. This has made the subject of monitoring the constitutionality of international treaties of great importance, as it is the legal means that guarantees the supremacy of the domestic constitution over international treaties when they conflict with the constitution. The importance of monitoring the constitutionality of international treaties also lies in limiting the conclusion of international treaties that violate the substantive or procedural provisions of the constitution, which exposes the dignity and prestige of the state to danger. It is also necessary to determine the legal value of treaties and clarify their position in the legal system of the state.
