Abstract
The Financial Services Court is one of the newer courts that was established as a result of the economic and financial events and developments that Iraq witnessed after 2003, to decide financial disputes in which one of the parties is the Central Bank of Iraq and other financial institutions. The delay of the courts in resolving them, and the confusing increase in economic conditions, was a reason for the The emergence of the Financial Services Court, which came in accordance with special laws. It is a competent and independent court. However, these laws did not explicitly explain the concept of this court and the procedures for litigation before it, including the methods of appeal and the period specified for appeal, but rather it is permeated by many problems.
