Abstract
International treaties are one of the most important manifestations of the sovereign act of state, to which the administrative judge is unable to expose to it by examination, cancellation and compensation. There is a new and noticeable change in the jurisprudence of the French Council of State toward the possibility to question the administration for the treaty by deciding on compensation. This new judicial development is the beginning to ending that absolute immunity for the acts of sovereignty.
