Abstract

If social contribution means, with one reference or another, social responsibility and expresses the active contributions of organizations, companies, groups, institutions, and individuals within society who contribute voluntarily and voluntarily to local community development processes, through effective contribution and real participation in the implementation of plans, strategies, projects and programs. Developmental, economic, social, and environmental development in a society and active participation in social responsibility practices that have a positive impact and constructive societal benefit in line with the priorities and goals of sustainable community development on the material and moral aspects In front of this positive contribution, there is a negative contribution that represents societal responsibility and is expressed in the criminal contribution, which according to forensic science refers to: the situation in which there are multiple perpetrators (perpetrators/contributors) who commit a specific crime with the intention of harming or disturbing the public interest, or unintentionally from those who The fruit and outcome of their various and diverse activities are to some degree harmful to the public interest (material or moral damage), Even if these contributions were not the result of a single will or prior agreement, rather their various actions were the result of cooperation between many people, each of whom had his own individual material or moral role and his criminal will, intentional or spontaneous, leading to negative harm to society and its individuals that offends the public interest and public taste, as in the case of contributions. By creating degrading content, or exporting discordant actions, ugly and horrific scenes that arouse anxiety, disgust, or danger to the recipient, or anything that provokes specific societal unrest.
