Abstract
It highlights the significant impact that the media can have in addressing this important phenomenon. The research examines the influence of the media in shaping the public’s conscience and directing attention towards issues of mental health and suicide prevention.
In the context of the research, it addresses the importance of providing accurate and balanced information about mental health, while warning of the potential downsides of amplifying sensitive issues. The research also addresses the positive impact of open dialogue about suicide and psychological issues, and how the media can be a means of opening societal discussions that contribute to understanding and resolving these issues.
In addition, the research highlights the importance of cooperation between the media, health and community institutions to direct joint efforts towards enhancing awareness and providing the necessary support to individuals who may be at risk of suicide. The research focuses on achieving a balance between effective media and awareness to ensure that the media plays an effective role in reducing the phenomenon of suicide and directing efforts towards prevention and treatment.
