Abstract
The law is a social necessity required by human life wherever people exist , this fact is one of the most consistent facts which we have since we began to understand the requirements of our relationships with others As we know that this relationship must have controls that determine our rights and duties , and put the ends to our freedom when other's freedom start , so this study followed the opinions philosophers to answer the question : what is the nature of the dialectical relationship between law and life ? To answer this question the study aspired to achieve its main goal , which is ; revealing the nature of the relationship between law and social life , to achieve this goal , the study sought to achieve a number of the goals were are followers :
Find out whether the law is actually a tool for achieving justice
Knowing whether we should look at law through its relationship to social or political factors, or view it as an entity independent of any illegal elements.
Knowing the extent of the value that people's recognition to the law adds to it in order for it to gain legitimacy.
Knowing where binding force exists in law.
The method used in this study is the comparative critical analytical method.
