Abstract
The authority is a procedure within the powers of and whoever possesses this procedure represents the owner of the authority, so the President of the Republic has authority and the prime minister represents a authority. It has an authority over his interpreter.
When studying the meanings of the Qur’an for fur, I found power and its various representations, including the authority of the text’s book that made the meanings of the Qur’an a authority on us, and an intellectual authority represented by the authority of scholars who advanced the fur, as well as the authority of the sender and the sender to him in what we are talking about in the folds of research .
