Abstract
This study is concerned with the criminal responsibility for the crime of incitement to suicide through the use of social media. It will address the concept of incitement to suicide and how this dangerous act can be provoked through social media. Additionally, it will review the legal issues related to criminal responsibility in cases where an individual is incited to commit suicide, with a focus on legal developments and relevant legislation in both Iraq and Lebanon. The text will also explore the challenges that may arise in determining criminal responsibility in this context, shedding light on the ethical and legal considerations that must be taken into account when addressing this serious crime through social media.
