Abstract
A.M.D. The study aimed to identify the level of the etheric climate and its relationship to strategic success among middle school principals from their point of view in Wasit Governorate, whose number is (213) principals, male and female. To achieve this, the researcher prepared the etheric climate scale according to the model (Rego Cunha, 2008), as it was in its initial form of (18) paragraphs, the paragraphs were distributed over (6) areas, which are: the spirit of familiarity (3) paragraphs, trust in leaders and the extent of their credibility (3) paragraphs, open and frank communications (3) paragraphs, opportunities for learning and personal development (3) paragraphs, reconciliation between work and family (3) paragraphs, and organizational justice (3) paragraphs, and the strategic success scale according to the model (Al-Rikabi, 2004), as it was in its initial form of (24) paragraphs, the paragraphs were distributed over (3) areas, which are: survival (8) paragraphs, adaptation (8) paragraphs, and growth (8) paragraphs. The descriptive approach was relied upon. Correlational, and based on the above, the study tools were represented by two questionnaires that were applied to the stratified random research sample, which was drawn through the Richard Geiger equation, the Krajci and Morgan equation, the Herb Arkin equation, the Robert Mason equation, and the Stephen Thompson equation. It was found that the size of the study sample was (138) male and female principals. The application was carried out directly during the second semester of the academic year (2024-2025), and using the statistical package (SPSS), the data were processed statistically, and the results showed the availability of a high level of etheric climate and strategic success among school principals from their point of view in the intermediate stage in Wasit Governorate. It was also noted that there is a direct relationship between the etheric climate and strategic success among school principals from their point of view in the intermediate stage.
