Abstract

The study aims to legislate the law (distance learning) in order to organize academic work in public and university learning, achieve the reliability with this type of learning, and give legitimacy to accept the outputs of this type of learning as the world will not return to what it was before the Corona pandemic. Accordingly, it is necessary to respond and adapt to the changes that take place in all areas of life, and the education as one of these areas.
