Abstract

This research revolves around digital education as a need, and the necessity imposed by reality, and imposed by the global Corona epidemic crisis [Covid-19], and about the problem of adopting it as a strategic alternative to urban education, is all countries eligible for that, and about the constraints, and their nature that could prevent this from being achieved.The researcher made the research base and references the basis. The first verse of Surat Al-Alaq which is the Almighty saying: (Recite in the name of your Lord who created) (Verse:1), for many purposes, he elaborated on them in his paper. He also mentioned some recent field studies that talk about the first experience in digital education or distance education in some countries, especially Morocco, with comments on that study.The researcher mentioned some previous studies in the field of e-learning and distance education, which talks about how e-learning, its characteristics, advantages, disadvantages, and electronic classes.The results of the research confirm that digital education has become a need and necessity, and that there are real constraints that prevent it from being used as a substitute for urban education, especially in the third world countries, and then the researcher recommended adopting the gradual approach in order to engage positively in this type of education, as confirmed by the main conclusions of the research, That any attempt to adopt digital education in countries dominated by social classes, It will cause a rift in the societies of these countries, which will increase the dedication of Stratification, and it contributes dangerously wastage in school, this will expose the right of sacred education to being lost, and the nation will be lost with it in the most important component of its constituents.
