Abstract

The experience of remote e-learning in the world in general and Palestine in particular has raised many questions at the official and popular levels, and these questions can be limited to two streams: One of them went to defend this experience of education and saw the need to adopt it and provide means for it in terms of techniques, specialists and administrations, drawing its strength from the renaissance of modern technology that included in this era the young before the adults, but, the other called for caution, caution and the need to be careful in reversing this model of education in all settings, according to a set of educational, social, economic and religious factors. From here, and in light of this conflict that resulted in the last stage between the two currents, the researchers found it necessary to highlight - in their studies - the ability of one of the Palestinian higher education institutions - the College of Islamic Sciences - and the ability of its officials and academics to adapt the available capabilities, adapt them and adapt their academic curricula. In proportion to this model of education, and is it possible to do so or not?The study will focus on the concept of this education, its most prominent characteristics, and the majors offered in the college. To show the success of the process of recruiting the capabilities available to students and employees in the college. The two researchers will also consider in their studies the needs of the lecturers in the college according to the field of specialization, and the method of giving it, whether theoretical or practical, taking at the same time the needs of the lecturers and technicians for training courses, workshops and technical equipment in line with the vision of the Palestinian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the global scientific orientation.
