The study aimed to identify the role of E– learning and talent management in promoting the practice of the strategies in Aden University of the learning organization from the point of view of the Faculty Members. The researchers followed descriptive and analytical approach. They adopted the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection, as it was distributed among the study sample of 100 member. The researchers also used a number of statistical methods to analyze data by statistical program (SPSS ). The study brought a number of results: There is a huge presence of e– learning in Aden University, otherwise there is a presence of talent management and learning organization practices. The results also revealed the existence of a role for both e – learning and talent management in promoting Aden University practices of the learning organization's strategies. According to the results, the study gives a number of recommendations.
