The relationship between the extent of the use of alternative assessment methods and administrative empowerment
To achieve these goals, the researchers built two tools for the first research to measure the extent of the use of alternative evaluation methods, which consists of 15 items with a five-point assessment scale, while the second tool is administrative empowerment, which consists of 14 items with a five-point assessment scale and after extracting the psychometric properties of the two scales.
The two scales were applied to a sample of (202) by 91 males and 110 females distributed over eight scientific and humanitarian faculties and after analyzing the results using the statistical bag, the results resulted in:

There are no differences in the extent to which Basra University professors use alternative evaluation methods according to the variable of gender, specialization and certificate, but there are differences in the scientific title in favor of the title of professor
There are statistically significant differences in administrative empowerment among professors of the University of Basra according to the variable of gender, certificate and title, while there are no differences according to the variable of specialization.
