Abstract
Imam Ali, peace be upon him, presented the ideal model for achieving cultural integration and activating the role of ethics in the conduct of business, stressing that adherence to the controls of work ethics has a significant impact in directing the progress and flow of work according to the correct approach that outlines and clarifies the nature of the duties and rights that employees and workers in various professions must have. This is what Imam Ali, peace be upon him, drew and explained in his behavior and approach, whether in urging him to confirm adherence to these controls or through practical application and indicative guidance for his governors, whom he appointed to different areas to work in accordance with the upright divine approach that God Almighty wanted to apply in carrying out work for what It has a significant impact on improving the economic situation, cultural development, and improving the social relations of the community that adheres to these controls Anyone who follows the right approach that Imam Ali, peace be upon him, applied and practiced in his leadership and urged his governors to adhere to, is an integrated, flexible model that keeps pace with modern developments at every time and place.
