Abstract
The aim of the research was to identify emotional exhaustion and its relationship to the strategy of coping with stress among female students of the Kindergarten Department. The researcher relied on the descriptive correlational approach as a research methodology. The sample was random and consisted of (200) female students from the Kindergarten Department of the College of Basic Education / Al-Mustansiriya University. The researcher adopted the emotional exhaustion scale prepared by (Taha et al., 2024). The exhaustion scale in its final form consisted of (18) paragraphs distributed over two dimensions: internal emotional exhaustion and external emotional exhaustion. She also prepared a pressure coping strategy scale based on previous theories and studies related to the research topic, which included in its final form (35) paragraphs. The researcher verified the psychometric properties of the research tools using appropriate statistical methods. The research results concluded that: Kindergarten students enjoy a low level of emotional exhaustion and have a high level of the strategy of coping with stress, and there is a relationship A statistically significant inverse relationship between emotional exhaustion and stress coping strategies.
